Frequently Asked Questions

  • The trolley is a hop-on, hop-off service that runs continuously throughout the day. You can start at your hotel or Sentivo (main hub), visit wineries along the route, and catch the next trolley when you're ready to move on.

  • Trolleys arrive approximately every 30–35 minutes at each stop throughout the day.

  • You can begin your day at:

    • Sentivo Vineyards (main hub)

    • Participating hotels (limited service — see below)

  • You can only purchase tickets day of, if available and only at Sentivo. Online purchasing will close at 10:30 am on Sunday April 19th, 2026.

  • Hilton Garden Inn

    • Served by Trolley 1 (ADA Accessible)

    • Pickup time: ~10:15 AM

    • Drops off at Sentivo to begin your day

    Homewood Suites & Residence Inn (Fairfield/Cordelia)

    • Served by Trolley 2 (ADA Accessible)

    • Pickup times:

    ~10:30 AM (Homewood Suites)

    ~10:40 AM (Residence Inn)

    • Drops off at Sentivo to begin your day

    Hotel pickups are morning-only service

  • Return service begins from Sentivo (main hub) in the late afternoon.

    Hilton Garden Inn

    • Return via Trolley 1 (ADA Accessible)

    • Departs Sentivo at approximately 5:05 PM

     

    Homewood Suites & Residence Inn

    • Return via Trolley 2 (ADA Accessible)

    • Departs Sentivo at approximately 5:30 PM

  • To ensure you make it back to your hotel, please catch the trolley no later than the times below at your current winery.

    Additional Return Support

    • Trolley 3 may provide overflow or backup hotel drop-offs depending on demand

  • • First hotel pickups: ~10:15–10:40 AM

    • Service begins at wineries: ~11:00 AM

    • Last hotel returns: ~5:00–5:45 PM

  • • Unlimited rides throughout the day

    • Hop-on, hop-off access at all stops

    • Wristband (Required for readmission to trolley)

    Tasting fees and Passport Sunday Admission are not included with your Trolley Ticket.

  • Yes — most trolleys are ADA accessible.

    • Trolley 1 and Trolley 2 are ADA accessible

    • ADA service is available approximately every 30–35 minutes

    If you require ADA accommodations, please notify us in advance so we can assist.

  • For Passport Sunday:

    • Reservations are not required

    • Look for each winery’s Passport Check-In upon arrival

  • • Water and small snacks are welcome, please clean up after as required.

    • Alcohol consumption on board is not allowed.

  • No problem — another trolley will arrive shortly.

  • The trolley experience is designed for guests 21+.

    Minors are not permitted on Passport Sunday.

  • Yes — parking is available for guests starting their day at Sentivo.

  • The trolley stops at multiple participating wineries throughout Suisun Valley, including:

  • No — your ticket is valid all day.

    You can:

    • Hop on at any stop

    • Ride as often as you like

  • • Drivers are available to assist
