Sentivo Vineyards hosts over 5 acres of premium Syrah and Petite Sirah grapes. Our mature vines are meticulously managed to ensure the highest quality grapes. Our fruit bursts with intense, concentrated flavor making it ideal for production of superior wines. Our premier Estate wines include Syrah, Petite Sirah, Syrah Rosé and Late Harvest Petite Sirah. In addition to our Estate varietals, we also source premium fruit locally to produce our Chardonnay, Grenache, Primitivo and Malbec (Bottling 2017).
One of our foremost winemaking philosophies is to allow the wines to be 100% varietal to give the taster a true representation of the varietal. While our White Label Series stays true to our core philosophy, in 2012 we expanded our portfolio with our Black Label Series which includes our first Reserve Red Wine Blend "Mista" followed by “Tribute” in 2013. Both "Mista" and “Tribute” are premium, handcrafted, proprietary red blends. These high quality blends are the flagship wines in our Black Label Series.
